A fresh sign-in page for your store

Your store's sign-in page has a new look. Your logo takes pride of place above a cleaner, clearer form, and your brochure sits alongside it on a bright white background so your banners and images look exactly as you designed them.

Find segments faster

The Segments page now has a search box, so you can find a segment by typing part of its name. You can also tag segments in the same way as campaigns, then filter the list by one or more tags or show only untagged segments. Exports follow whatever search and filters you have applied.

A new look for ProConnect

ProConnect now wears its new brand throughout: the navy palette and logo from our recent rename, a fresh typeface, and clearer buttons and highlights. Your B2B Store shop shares the same colours and font, so the two feel like one product.

Insights at a glance on your store home

Weather and demand insights now sit in a neat strip of pills just beneath your store's banner, so customers see what matters without scrolling past it. Hover or tap a pill for the six-day forecast or the full detail of a demand alert, complete with suggested categories and a shortcut to the right products.

Contact names shown across lists

Submissions, invites and the consent log now show a contact's name above their WhatsApp number, matching how contacts already appear in campaign recipients, engagement and conversations. Customers are shown the same way everywhere too, with the name first and the reference underneath.

Updated submissions rise to the top

Submission lists now order by latest activity, so a request the assistant has just added details to appears first rather than staying where it was first recorded. Each updated row also shows when the last change was made.

Submission updates stay within the fortnight

The AI assistant now only adds new details to submissions from the current and previous week, matching the conversation it can see. Older requests are left untouched, so a customer who returns later starts a fresh submission your team will spot as new.

Smarter AI with Gemini 3.8 Flash

Your AI assistant, WhatsApp agent, weather overviews and demand signals now run on Gemini 3.8 Flash, released today. Expect sharper, more helpful responses with the same speed you're used to.

Tell the assistant exactly what to capture

Each AI task now has captured details: a list of the pieces of information the assistant should collect, such as a business name, a quantity, or a yes-or-no answer. Submissions show those answers in a fixed order, and each task has its own page with its details and most recent submissions.

See which campaign a reply answers

When your AI assistant records a submission for a campaign reply, it now links the response to that campaign so its report shows how many contacts responded. You can also attach a task to a campaign as a hint for the kind of replies you expect.

Tag your campaigns

Label scheduled campaigns with tags such as "Catering" or "Retail" so you can see at a glance which stream each one belongs to. Tags follow campaigns through to your sent history, where you can filter by one or more tags or find campaigns that are still untagged.

Target customer lists

You can now manually specify up to 500 customer references when building a WhatsApp segment. This makes it quicker to target an audience selected in your ERP, CRM, or accounts system.

Submission details at a glance

Submissions now have dedicated detail pages, with clearer answer summaries and full responses available from the list. Advanced raw data remains close at hand for troubleshooting.

Customer requests join Submissions

Human handoff requests now appear alongside form responses on the Submissions page under AI Tools, giving your team one place to review customer input.

Flow responses are now Submissions

WhatsApp flow responses now appear as Submissions, with clearer links to the contact and campaign behind each response. Requests from customers remain available separately under Requests.

Contact customer links

Deleted customers are no longer shown as linked to contacts in contact lists, contact details, or exports.

One submission per request

When a customer adds detail to a request they have already made, your AI assistant now updates the existing submission rather than recording a new one. Each submission page shows when it was last updated, so your team sees the full picture in one place.

Find AI tools in a clearer order

AI Tools now puts Tasks and Submissions first, followed by the Knowledge base and Voice Agents, making the menu easier to scan.

Give your AI assistant Tasks

Create Tasks that tell your AI assistant which customer requests to capture and what information your team needs. Human handoff is now a Task too, giving you one flexible place to manage the actions available across your WhatsApp channels.
