July 2026

30 Jul 2026

One customer import at a time

Only one customer import can now run at a time for a company. If a second file is uploaded while an import is still running it is turned away with a clear message, so two uploads can no longer overlap and leave your customer data in an unpredictable state.

Much faster customer imports

Importing customers with the add or update option is now dramatically quicker, so even very large customer files finish in moments. Previously the largest files could take so long that the import stopped before it had finished.

29 Jul 2026

Super engaged contacts loads reliably

The super engaged contacts view now loads quickly for companies with large messaging histories. Previously the page could fail to load for the busiest accounts.

Full filenames in store imports

Store import filenames are now shown in full, making even exceptionally long names easy to identify and copy when reviewing import activity.

Customer references at a glance

The Contacts page now shows customer references in their own column alongside clearly labelled customer names, making it quicker to identify the right customer.

Clearer WhatsApp template setup

Template creation and editing no longer shows an unsupported conversion tracking option, so every available setting now has a clear effect.

Clearer status for imports that stop

If an import stops before it finishes, it is now clearly marked as stopped with an explanation, rather than appearing to run indefinitely.

Clearer guidance for WhatsApp template media

When creating a WhatsApp template, media header guidance now explains that the uploaded file is a representative sample for review rather than the fixed media used in future messages. It also highlights the need to avoid restricted or prohibited content.

Accurate profit figures on customer pricing

Profit on return figures now always reflect the price a customer will actually pay. Previously, if a customer's bespoke price had been withdrawn, the profit figure could still be worked out from that old price.

23 Jul 2026

Updated product images appear sooner

When you replace a product image with a new version, the updated image now reaches your storefront more quickly and reliably. Previously, shoppers' browsers could keep showing the old image for some time after a change.

A cleaner login page

The storefront login page no longer shows the top title bar, giving the page a cleaner, less cluttered look with more room for your store's branding and sign-in options.

22 Jul 2026

Reliable recipient exports for large campaigns

Downloading the recipient list for a sent campaign now works reliably for campaigns of any size. Previously, exports for very large campaigns could fail before the download started.

One login across linked depots

Stores that operate more than one depot can now offer a single sign-in experience. Customers log in at the main store and are taken straight to the depot that holds their account, and customers with accounts at more than one depot can choose where to shop and switch between depots from the menu.

A steadier, smoother storefront

Storefront pages now load more steadily. Banners and images reserve their space straight away instead of nudging the page about as they appear, and banner images start loading sooner. The desktop basket panel is also better behaved on smaller screens, keeping your order total and Review Order button in view while the product list scrolls.

21 Jul 2026

See who ran each import

The Imports page now shows which team member uploaded each file, both in the imports list and on the import details page, making it easier to keep track of changes to your data.

Image generation prompts stay visible

Your request now remains visible while images are generated, whether you type it yourself or choose an example. This makes it easier to refer back to the original request, refine it and generate an improved version.

FAQs are now the Knowledge base

FAQs have been renamed to the Knowledge base, reflecting a richer way to teach the AI assistant about your business. Instead of short questions and answers, build detailed topics such as About us, Delivery & returns and What we sell — covering your location, opening hours, contact details, product range and policies — so the assistant can give customers fuller, more accurate answers on WhatsApp.

Clearer view of your team on the Users page

The Users page now lists only your own team members. Accounts belonging to the b2b.store support team are shown separately in a collapsible section beneath the list, so you can see that support access is available without it mixing with your own users.

Clearer payment request actions

Creating a payment request is now labelled more clearly throughout the payment form, making it clear that you are generating a request to share with a customer rather than recording a completed payment.

20 Jul 2026

Correct notification schedule times

Push notification schedules now follow your company's timezone, including daylight-saving changes. The time you choose is the time your customers will receive it, wherever you are working from.

17 Jul 2026

Colour-coded invite results

Invite results on the Invites page are now colour-coded: green when the WhatsApp message was sent, amber when the invite was recorded but the message was skipped, and red on failure.

16 Jul 2026

Redesigned left menu

The admin left menu has been redesigned. Sections now expand and collapse, the menu is slimmer and can be collapsed to a compact icon bar, the current page is highlighted, and features not included in your plan are shown as a single locked entry.

15 Jul 2026

CSV export for enquiries

The admin Enquiries page now has an Export button for downloading all enquiries as a CSV file, including customer and contact details, ordered newest first.

10 Jul 2026

Assistant upgraded to GPT-5.6 Sol

The ProConnect Assistant and dashboard insights now run on GPT-5.6 Sol, OpenAI's next-generation AI model, with improved reasoning for smarter answers and recommendations.

09 Jul 2026

Invite template selection for channels

WhatsApp channels now use a dropdown for selecting invite templates, helping admins choose a valid template name and language without entering them manually.

07 Jul 2026

Voice Agents upgraded to GPT-Realtime 2.1

Voice Agents now use OpenAI's gpt-realtime-2.1 model, improving responsiveness, natural speech, noise handling, and interruption behaviour in live conversations.

06 Jul 2026

Video banner adverts

b2b.store now supports video banner adverts. Stores with video adverts enabled can upload a video for a banner placement instead of an image, and the adverts list shows a video preview thumbnail so video adverts are easy to spot.

Store importer documentation

ProConnect Docs now includes a full store importers section with an overview of uploads, validation, and snapshot behaviour, plus per-importer guides for customers, categories, customer pricing, products, and accounts, each with column references and downloadable sample CSVs.

Invoices documentation

ProConnect Docs now includes an invoices guide covering how PDF invoices are delivered to the storefront: the FTP folder layout, linking files to customers, the filename formats that carry the invoice date, number, and amount, and how customers view and pay invoices.

02 Jul 2026

Category importer documentation

ProConnect Docs now includes a Category CSV importer guide covering file format, validation, update behaviour, image handling, and examples for category imports.

Category images in the admin panel

Category images can now be added, changed, or removed from the category detail page in ProConnect eCommerce. Category CSV uploads now also explain when an IMAGE_URL column will overwrite or clear category images, so teams can choose whether images are managed by the feed or in the admin panel.

01 Jul 2026

WhatsApp Marketing guide in ProConnect Docs

ProConnect Docs now includes a WhatsApp Marketing guide covering uploading customer lists, inviting contacts to your WhatsApp channel, and sharing the public join page, with a recommended order and best practices for building an opted-in contact list.

Copy docs pages as Markdown

Pages in ProConnect Docs can now be copied as Markdown or opened directly in ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and other AI tools, making it easier to bring documentation into an AI assistant for questions or automation.
