Dashboard

See how your WhatsApp audience, messages, conversations, payments and online store are performing, all on one screen.

What it does

The dashboard is the home screen of ProConnect: a set of cards summarising your WhatsApp audience, message delivery, assistant activity, payments and online store over the last 12 months.

When to use it

Use it at the start of a session to check how the last month went, to see what's new in ProConnect, and to confirm which parts of ProConnect your company has switched on.

Steps

  1. Open Dashboard in the sidebar. It is the first item, above Assistant.
  2. Read the cards from the top: What's new in [month], Feature access, then your audience, message, conversation, payments and store figures.
  3. On any card with a toggle in its top-right corner, choose the chart icon (Chart view) or the table icon (Table view) to switch between the graph and the month-by-month numbers.
  4. Hover over a chart column or point to see the exact figures for that month or day.
  5. Hover over, or tab to, an amount with a dotted underline (Settled amount, Average value, Revenue, Average order) to see the exact value behind the rounded figure.
  6. To learn about the screen you are on, select Read the guide or Ask the assistant in the top bar. On a phone these appear as icons.

What you'll see

Cards only appear when the feature behind them is switched on for your company and there is data to show, so your dashboard may not contain every card below.

What's new in [month]

Titled after the month the updates are from, such as What's new in September. Lists that month's ProConnect updates with their dates, and a count such as 3 updates. Select an update to read it, or View all updates to open the full release notes. Both open in a new tab, so the admin panel stays open where you left it.

Feature access

Shows WhatsApp Marketing, eCommerce, WhatsApp Two-way and Payments, with a summary such as 2 of 4 enabled. A tick means the feature is switched on. A greyed-out row with a plus sign is not switched on; select it to open a short page about that feature, where Email sales starts an enquiry. The same happens if you select Contact us on a card such as Contact us about WhatsApp, Contact us about B2B store eCommerce or Contact us about open banking payments.

WhatsApp Marketing, eCommerce and Payments are enabled by ProConnect. WhatsApp Two-way switches on by itself once you have more than one topic in your knowledge base, so you can enable it yourself by adding topics.

Audience cards

Three cards, each showing a headline figure, a change badge and a 12-month trend line:

  • Opted-in customers — active customers that have at least one opted-in contact, compared vs last month.
  • Opted-in contacts — contacts with marketing consent, compared vs last month. If you have a single WhatsApp channel and it requires every contact to be linked to a customer (see Channels), this card is titled Opted-in customer contacts and counts only opted-in contacts linked to an active customer.
  • Average monthly messages delivered — the average number of messages delivered per month over the last three complete months, compared vs prior 3 months. The current, incomplete month is left out of the average.

Contacts marked unreachable are left out of both opted-in cards. Select the Opted-in contacts figure to open the same contacts in CRM → Contacts, which opens on the same count. When some opted-in contacts are unreachable, the card shows how many beneath the trend line; select it to open them in CRM → Contacts.

Opt-in and opt-out are explained in the consent guide.

Message Reach and Total Messages

Two cards covering the last 12 months, sharing a single chart or table choice:

  • Message Reach — unique contacts who received or read messages. Counts a contact once per month, however many messages they were sent. Shows Delivered and Read, with Read as a percentage of Delivered.
  • Total Messages — total messages sent, delivered or read. Shows Sent, Delivered (as a percentage of Sent) and Read (as a percentage of Delivered).

Both show Period as 1 Year. In table view the columns are Month, Sent (Total Messages only), Delivered and Read. The current month is marked partial and drawn in a lighter shade in the chart, because it is still filling up; expect it to look lower than the months before it.

Campaign-level detail lives in Sent and Engagement.

Conversations and Task submissions

These two cards appear when WhatsApp is enabled and WhatsApp Two-way shows as enabled in Feature access. Both cover the last 28 days and share one chart or table choice, and both show Today, This week and 28 days totals.

  • Conversations — distinct contacts who received a direct reply from the AI assistant, by day. Automated messages such as opt-in and opt-out confirmations are not counted. Several replies to one contact count once within each period; a contact can appear on several days but count only once in the weekly or 28-day total. In table view the columns are Day and Conversations. See Conversations.
  • Task submissions — requests the assistant recorded for your team, by task. In table view the columns are Task, Today, This week and 28 days, with a row per task, an All tasks total and an Other row. Your five busiest tasks over the 28 days each get their own row and chart colour; all remaining tasks are added together in the Other row. All tasks is the total of every task. See Tasks and Submissions.

Payments

Completed Fena payments over the last 12 months: Settled amount, Payments, Average value and Per month (the average number of payments a month). In table view the columns are Month, Settled amount, Payments and Average value, with the current month marked Partial. More detail is in the payments guide.

eCommerce Stats

Monthly orders and revenue for the last 12 months: Orders, Purchasers (customers who placed at least one order), Revenue and Average order. Only submitted orders are counted. In table view the columns are Month, Orders, Purchasers, Revenue and Average order, with the current month marked Partial. More detail is in Orders.

If something goes wrong

  • A card is missing: the feature behind it is not switched on, or there is nothing to show yet. Check Feature access, and select the greyed-out feature there to ask about enabling it.
  • Conversations and Task submissions are missing: WhatsApp Two-way needs WhatsApp enabled and more than one knowledge base topic. Add topics in AI Tools → Knowledge base.
  • eCommerce Stats is missing although our store is live: some store set-ups do not report figures to the dashboard. Order detail is still in Orders; contact your onboarding manager if you expect the card.
  • The latest month looks far lower than the rest: that month is incomplete. It is marked partial in the tables and drawn in a lighter shade in the charts. Compare complete months instead.
  • Unable to load payments: the Payments card shows an error in place of the figures. Reload the page, then contact your onboarding manager if it persists.
  • Payments shows zeros and "No completed payments were recorded in this period.": no completed payments were settled in the last 12 months. Check recent payments in Payments before contacting your onboarding manager.
  • No task submissions in the last 28 days: the Task submissions card says so instead of drawing a chart. Check that your tasks are set up in AI Tools → Tasks.
  • Your chart or table choice resets: the choice is part of the page address, so it survives a reload or a shared link, but the page opens in chart view again on your next visit.
  • A figure disagrees with a detail screen: the dashboard counts complete months over the last 12 months (28 days for Conversations and Task submissions) and includes the current, partial month. The detail screens list individual records, so use them when you need exact figures.
