What it does
These guides explain every screen in the ProConnect admin panel, so you can set a feature up and use it without waiting for help.
When to use it
Start here when you are new to ProConnect, or open the guide for the screen you are working on. Each guide covers what a feature does, when to use it, the steps to follow and how to fix the most common problems.
Getting help while you work
- Open any screen in ProConnect and look at the top right of the page. On a phone the two options appear as icons.
- Choose Read the guide to open the guide for that screen in a new tab.
- Choose Ask the assistant to have the ProConnect assistant explain the screen in a conversation, so you can ask follow-up questions.
Select Documentation at the bottom of the admin sidebar to open these guides at any time.
Exported files
Every Export downloads a file named after your company, ProConnect, what you exported and the day you exported it, for example Smith-and-Jones_ProConnect_Customers_2026-09-25.xlsx. Exports of one campaign, segment, order, product or advert placement add its name or reference, so files are easy to find and sort in your downloads folder.

If something goes wrong
- Read the guide is not shown: that screen has no guide yet, so use Ask the assistant instead.
- A section is missing from your sidebar: the module is not switched on for your company. Contact your onboarding manager.
- A guide does not match what you see: your account may not have access to every screen. Check Admin → Team, or contact your onboarding manager.
