ProConnect eCommerce provides a hosted B2B Store where customers can browse products, see customer-specific pricing, place orders, review their account, and pay invoices.
If the store is linked to a WhatsApp channel with a public join page, signed-in customers also see a WhatsApp section on their Account page so they can opt in with their customer number already filled in.
Insights
When a store location is set in Store settings, an Insights strip appears under the home page banner. A weather pill shows today's conditions and opens the six-day forecast with a short commercial summary. Up to three demand-alert pills follow, each opening a summary, the suggested categories and a shortcut to the relevant products. Details open on hover or tap.
The eCommerce imports keep products, categories, customers, pricing, account balances, and invoices in sync with your ERP or other back-office systems.
