Overview

Security is built into how ProConnect stores, processes and separates customer data. This page describes our current security posture and is general information, not a contractual guarantee or legal advice.

Certifications

B2B Store Ltd, the company behind ProConnect, is certified to ISO/IEC 27001 for information security management and ISO/IEC 42001 for artificial intelligence management systems. These standards support a structured approach to identifying risks, applying controls and continually improving how information and AI systems are managed.

Data hosting

The ProConnect application database, file storage and compute all run in the UK. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Access controls restrict the platform to authorised users. Tenant isolation keeps each company's data separate, and company data is accessed only within that company's authorised context.

ProConnect’s AI text features process information in the EU with zero data retention. Your content is not used to train AI models. Read AI data security for more information, including the separate treatment of image generation.
