Overview

Security is built into how ProConnect stores, processes and separates customer data. This page describes our current security posture and is general information, not a contractual guarantee or legal advice.

Certifications

b2b.store is certified to ISO/IEC 27001 for information security management and ISO/IEC 42001 for artificial intelligence management systems. These standards support a structured approach to identifying risks, applying controls and continually improving how information and AI systems are managed.

Data hosting

The ProConnect application database, file storage and compute all run in the UK. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Access controls restrict the platform to authorised users. Tenant isolation keeps each company's data separate, and company data is accessed only within that company's authorised context.

AI text inference is an exception to UK processing: the prompt content needed for an AI request is processed in the EU, except for customers whose agreements require UK processing, where WhatsApp auto-reply AI runs in the UK on Amazon Bedrock.
