Delivery and read timeline chart
Sent campaign detail pages now include a delivery and read timeline chart, so you can see how delivery and read rates build over time and quickly understand early performance without exporting data.
Dashboard colour refresh
Dashboard and sent-campaign charts now use a more vibrant, consistent colour palette to improve visual distinction and make key metrics easier to scan.
Consent log naming update
Marketing consent history is now labelled Consent log across navigation and pages, making the area easier to find and keeping wording consistent while preserving the same underlying consent records.
Configurable B2B Agent tools
When creating or editing a B2B Agent, you can now choose exactly which tools it can use, including customer context, store profile, and open banking providers. This gives your team tighter control over how each agent responds in WhatsApp and email conversations.
Unified imports with live refresh
Imports are now consolidated into the Imports page, which is the single place to start both customer and contact imports. Import progress now refreshes automatically while jobs are running, so status updates appear without manual page reloads.
Sent campaign recipients and CSV export
Sent campaigns now include a Recipients section where you can review every customer and contact who received a message, including when messages were sent, delivered, and read. You can open View all for the full list and export all recipients to CSV for reporting and follow-up workflows.
Redesigned sent campaign detail page
The sent campaign detail page has been redesigned with more colour and a clearer layout, so key campaign information is easier to scan and understand at a glance.
Marketing consent terminology alignment
We have updated consent wording across ProConnect to Marketing consent. As we introduce more customer service interactions, this makes it clear that consent status applies to outbound marketing messages, while inbound support conversations are handled separately.
Manual sharing for new user login details
Creating a user no longer sends a Cognito invite email. Admins now see the temporary login details immediately and can open a pre-filled email draft to share them, including the reminder to change the password on first sign-in.
Import contacts and fix customer links
You can now upload a CSV in Contacts to add new contacts or re-link existing ones to the right customer record in one step. The import is additive, so existing contacts stay in place while links are updated where needed.
Colour-coded navigation sidebar
The sidebar now uses a distinct colour for each section — CRM, Marketing, B2B Agent, Payments, eCommerce, Admin, and Feedback — making it faster to orient yourself and jump to the right area as ProConnect continues to grow.
B2B Agent now handles incoming WhatsApp images
Customers can now send photos in WhatsApp, like a product they want to reorder, and get a reply from your B2B Agent. The agent reads the image and caption together, recognizes what the customer is referring to, and gives relevant feedback in the same conversation.
Timezone and locale foundations
We have started integrating timezones and locales in ProConnect PCP to support multi-language and multi-country access.
B2B WhatsApp agent account replies
You can now message the WhatsApp agent and get account information from your linked B2B store.
Export customers
You can now export your customers from ProConnect, edit their details in Excel or any CSV editor, then import them back in one workflow. This makes it faster to add new customers and update attributes in bulk with less manual editing.
B2B agent inboxes and configuration
You can now configure B2B Agents and Inboxes in one place, including creating and updating agents, editing instructions, assigning inboxes to the right agent, and managing archived records. This gives your team clearer routing control and a cleaner setup workflow for customer conversations.
Welcoming B2B Agent
Pro Agent is now called B2B Agent. You will see the new name across the assistant experience, with the same capabilities you already use, so your team gets clearer branding without changing your day-to-day workflow.
Contact display names
You can now see each contact’s display name across Contacts. Names update automatically from incoming WhatsApp messages, helping your team identify people faster in the list and when viewing individual contact details.
Channel invites with QR sharing
Channel invites now include QR sharing, so your team can share join access faster across print, in-store, and digital touchpoints, making it easier for customers to connect instantly and start receiving updates.
Authenticate contacts for secure actions
You can now authenticate contacts in ProConnect. Once authenticated, they can unlock extra self-service actions in WhatsApp, including placing orders and checking account balances, so verified customers can complete important tasks faster with fewer support steps.
