Admins can now update the display name shown on a WhatsApp channel Join page. The form also makes clear that the actual WhatsApp channel name is still managed separately in WhatsApp Manager.

When editing a WhatsApp template, the template name is now shown as read-only. This keeps ProConnect aligned with WhatsApp, where template names cannot be changed after creation.

Video uploads for eCommerce adverts now only appear for stores with video interstitial adverts enabled. Stores without that feature continue to see the image-only advert flow, keeping advert setup aligned with the features available on each store.

WhatsApp conversations and contact message history now show more inbound message types, including voice messages, audio, videos, documents, stickers, locations, shared contacts, reactions, orders, and system messages. Locations can open in Google Maps when coordinates are available, so more customer context is visible directly in ProConnect.

ProConnect eCommerce now includes a Categories page showing your store's category hierarchy as an expandable tree, with images, product counts, and special category types like promotions clearly labelled. Each category opens a details page with its description, subcategories, and settings. This read-only view lays the groundwork for managing categories directly from the admin area.

New WhatsApp campaigns now default to scheduling for later and ask for confirmation before they are sent or scheduled. If saving fails, the form keeps the campaign name and template values in place and scrolls the error into view, making it easier to correct and retry.

Rewards pages are more reliable and no longer appear blank in edge cases where optional reward data or reward cycles are missing.

Checkout now uses the correct account-specific prices when checking minimum order values. This keeps basket totals, checkout validation, and saved order prices aligned for customers.

Contacts and Consent log search now support partial phone numbers, including pasted or spaced numbers. UK local numbers starting with 07 also match stored +44 WhatsApp numbers, making it easier to find the right contact without entering the full international format.

Product search now shows total result counts and improved pagination. Barcode search also handles empty filters better, and search and product thumbnails load more smoothly.

Media now shows which images were created with the built-in AI image generator, making it easier to tell AI-generated images apart from uploaded images.
