Overview

Import customers and WhatsApp contacts into ProConnect.

Overview

The Imports page in ProConnect accepts CSV files for customers and WhatsApp contacts. Import customers first so contacts can be linked to the business accounts they represent.

Customers

Add or replace customer accounts and their segmentation attributes.

Contacts

Create or update WhatsApp contacts, link them to customers, and record existing consent.

Uploads are processed in the background. The Imports page shows the status and result of each file.

Tasks

Define actions your AI assistant can perform for customers.
