Tags
Label campaigns and segments so you can tell content streams apart and filter lists.
Tags are short labels you define for your company, such as "Catering", "Retail" or "Sponsored". They help when one WhatsApp channel carries more than one stream of content and the segment name alone does not make the purpose of a campaign obvious.
Managing tags
Open Tags in the WhatsApp section of the sidebar. Add a tag by typing a name and choosing Add tag. Rename a tag inline; the new name shows everywhere the tag is used.
Deleting a tag removes it from every campaign and segment it was applied to. The confirmation shows how many scheduled campaigns, sent campaigns and segments are affected.
Tagging campaigns
Choose a tag when you schedule a campaign, or from Edit on a scheduled campaign. Each campaign carries one tag. When a campaign is sent, its tag is carried across to the sent campaign.
You can also change the tag on a sent campaign from its detail page, which is useful for labelling campaigns sent before you created tags.
Filtering sent campaigns
On the Sent page, use the tag filter to show campaigns with any of the selected tags, or choose Untagged to find campaigns that have no tag yet. The filter is kept in the page address, so you can bookmark or share a filtered view, and CSV exports follow the same filter.
Tagging segments
Choose a tag when you create a segment, or from Edit on an existing one. Each segment carries one tag, shown in the Tag column of the Segments page and on the segment's detail page.
Finding segments
On the Segments page, type part of a segment's name in the search box to narrow the list. Use the tag filter to show segments with any of the selected tags, or choose Untagged to find segments that have no tag yet. Search and filters are kept in the page address, so you can bookmark or share a filtered view, and CSV exports follow the same filters.
