Overview

The customer accounts and contacts behind everything ProConnect sends and sells.

What it does

CRM holds the business accounts you trade with and the people you can reach at each one. WhatsApp campaigns, automated order and invoice messages and your B2B Store all work from the same customer list.

How your customer list stays up to date

  • If you use ProConnect E-commerce, every account in your store appears here automatically under its customer ID.
  • You can upload a customer file with the attributes your segments target under WhatsApp → Imports. See Import WhatsApp customers.
  • You can add or edit a customer by hand under CRM → Customers.
